My husband asked me to go to the post office to mail his resume in anticipation of a job interview. He instructed me to send it the fastest way possible.
Struck by the urgency in his voice, I grabbed a handful of change and dashed out the door. Arriving at the post office, I rushed to the counter and breathlessly explained to the clerk that my envelope had to be delivered immediately . He casually weighed the envelope and said it would cost $ 10.03.I fumbled through my pockets and tallied up my coins. "But I don't have $ 10. 03, " I said. He punched some more buttons and said, "Okay, that will be $ 7. 40, ma am.
Once more I said in dismay, "Sorry, I don't have $ 7.40.
"Well," he sighed, "exactly how much do you have?"
I meekly answered, "I have exactly $ 2. 15, sir."
With that, he yelled over his shoulder to a coworker, "Hey, Charlie, get the pigeon ready.
A rather well built woman, Joan, spent almost all of her vacation time sunbathing on the roof of her hotel. The first day she sunbathed, she wore a red bathing suit. However on the second day, she felt a little more adventurous. She slipped out of it in order to get an overall tan figuring that no one could see her way up there. She'd hardly began when she heard someone running up the stairs. She was lying on her stomach, so she just pulled a towel over her rear.
"Excuse me, miss," said a flustered little (out of breath) assistant manager of the hotel. "The Hilton doesn't mind you sunbathing on the roof, but we would very much appreciate you wearing a bathing suit as you did yesterday!"
"What difference does it make", Joan asked rather calmly. "No one can see me up here on the roof and besides, I'm covered with a towel."
"With all due respect, not exactly ma'am," said the embarrassed little man. "You are lying on the dining room skylight."

I typically do not recommend any supplements to anyone, because it is such a hit and miss type of thing. Here is what I mean. One product may work for one person but not at all for another. You almost always can bet on protein shakes working well for size and strength. As far as a brand is concerned I personally have had very good luck with some of the Muscletech products.
I have been told that you are very in tune with what supplements to take to really get big!! What brands would you reccommend? Waiting patiently for your reply.

It really depends on what your goals are. Are you trying to lose fat, bulk up, or just general fitness? What Kinds of reps are you doing currently and how often are you working out?

Ok, to answer your question. You shouldn't gain weight if you watch your intake. But what I would do is either not weight train for a couple of weeks and pick it back up with lighter weight, or keep going just lighten the loads. It is not the long distance running or the yoga that is causing the muscular look. It is probably the weight training. If you lighten the load your muscle should adapt by actually shrinking to the necessary size to do the loads you are asking it to do. What is your protein intake like?
I hope this helps. Please let me know if you have more questions.

I rarely run on an incline. My circuit training is: 3 min running(speed 8), then 2 sets of 15 reps on two weight machines (or free weights), then one minute abs (55), then back to running. I do this loop 5 times. with different weight machines each cycle.
